The woman, the myth, the legend... 

I’ve spent more than 25 years helping visionaries turn their ideas into thriving, sustainable sales organizations. From building sales strategies that have generated billions in revenue to working with leaders through pivotal personal and professional transitions. I learned a lot about what to and what not to do as a company scales.

​​There are two types of professionals: builders and farmers. While many people can do both, most naturally lean toward one or the other. At my core, I’m a builder (unless we are talking about gardening). I’m energized by taking something raw and bringing it to life; especially when it’s something meaningful that has the power to make a real impact. I love creating and collaborating on extraordinary things.

I’ve been in the trenches of early-stage startups, navigating uncertainty, landing the first sales, and scaling from zero to multi-million-dollar revenue. I’ve built and executed strategies grounded in deep market insights, budgets, funding flows, and decision-making structures so my clients could align their solutions to where the money moves.​

​My work has never been just about sales, it has always been about people. It’s about building genuine professional relationships, leading with integrity, and helping others find growth in ways that last. I find the greatest fulfillment in solving challenges alongside clients and colleagues, turning obstacles into opportunities for growth.

 

I truly believe we are all just walking each other home, and every opportunity to do that through my work is an honor.

As a certified coach, I combine strategic business consulting with personal development, because I believe the two are inseparable. I help founders, leaders, and teams refine their messaging, clarify their goals, and (if needed), strengthen the mindset and habits that make success sustainable.

 

Beyond my career, I’m a happy wife of nearly two decades, a proud mom, a fun sister, a loving family member, and a lifelong friend. I’m grounded by mother nature, early mornings in my garden, and sunny days at the beach. Love, accountability, and conscious self-awareness are the foundation of everything I do.​
