Hi, I'm Melody.
In a world increasingly run by automation, I teach and lead around one conviction: the human side of sales is not a soft skill, it's the skill. AI can accelerate your process, but it will never read a room, build trust, or close a deal that requires a real relationship. That's where H.I. comes in.
Human Interaction is the through line in everything I do, from the sales infrastructure I build, to the teams I coach, to the frameworks I teach. It's the reason a pitch deck I design doesn't just inform, it connects. It's why the sales playbooks I write don't just tell reps what to say, they teach them how to show up.
I've spent 25 years building and scaling revenue in B2B, EdTech, GovTech, and FinTech, markets where relationships aren't optional, they're the whole game. Along the way I've generated over $2B in sales, helped scale a company from $0 to a $200M valuation, and worked with teams at every stage from founder-led selling to full revenue operations.
My approach is grounded in neuroscience, rooted in timeless principles, and sharpened by decades of real conversations with real decision-makers. I use AI where it accelerates the work. I teach Human Interaction where it closes the deal.
Whether I'm leading fractional sales strategy, delivering a workshop, coaching an executive, or building a team from scratch, my job is the same: help people sell with more skill, more confidence, and connect with more humanity.

Nature is my reset. My jam is: early morning meditation, turning my play list up loud, pulling weeds in my garden, sunrises, long walks in beautiful spaces, dogs sleeping under my desk, beaches. My mantra: "Just Be."
I'm a happy wife of nearly two decades, a proud mom, a loving family member, and a really great friend.
I serve as Senior Board Advisor for Florida Medical Rights Association. Under my leadership, we successfully passed bipartisan legislation through both the full Florida Senate and House to reform the state's wrongful death statute, putting it on the Governor's desk. The advocacy for justice continues.
